Job Title: Packaging Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Packaging Sales Executive to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing custom packaging solutions with customers on a local and national level.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell packaging materials, packaging equipment, and contract packaging services to clients
  • Develop and execute sales account plans with customers via telephone and video calls
  • Consult with clients to craft custom packaging solutions
  • Assess processes, product quality, and environmental factors to develop solutions that increase productivity and improve total cost
  • Maintain and grow customer base with recurring sales
  • Cultivate new customers through prospecting, daily telemarketing, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
  • Secure new business within existing accounts
  • Build and manage an extensive sales pipeline from lead generation through on-boarding of new business
  • Demonstrate consultative selling, focused on the customer's business needs
  • Respond to company-provided web leads from prospects throughout the US
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience in the packaging industry)
  • Packaging equipment and material sales experience highly preferred
  • Maintain a professional relationship when interacting with customers, vendors, and employees
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
