Job Summary:

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients and their business challenges.
  2. Consulting with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
  3. Presenting Paycor products and services to potential clients and developing strong relationships with assigned referral sources.
  4. Forecasting and analyzing sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Collaborating with Client Services staff to ensure client satisfaction and supporting the onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements:

  1. 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  3. Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  4. 4-year business degree.
