Operations Manager - Marketing and Advertising

We're seeking a creatively driven Operations Manager to join our team. In this dual Account Executive/Project Manager role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day strategic client engagement and internal management for the creation and activation of omnichannel deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects from start to finish, working closely with team leadership.
  • Develop detailed project plans based on schedule and scope, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Review deliverables internally for quality control and ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Plan meetings and create status reports to guide team and client next steps.
  • Identify project risks and escalate to team leadership as necessary.
  • Contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) creation and change orders, owning sections related to deliverables, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Set clear expectations for project teams, communicating benchmarks, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of account/project management experience in marketing and advertising, with agency experience required.
  • Successful track record helping manage client-facing projects, including creative development and activation of omnichannel marketing deliverables.
  • Strong presentation skills and presence in agency and client meetings.
  • Experience with clients in finance/banking a plus.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront preferred.
  • May require client travel.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
