Key Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play an essential role in assisting our attorneys with various litigation tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings, particularly in defense civil litigation.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and factual investigations.
  • Drafting essential legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appellate filings.
  • Reviewing, organizing, and analyzing intricate legal documents.
  • Coordinating the collection, review, and production of case-related documents.
  • Communicating with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.
  • Managing case files and maintaining case calendars efficiently.
  • Ensuring organized storage of all case-related documents.
  • Assisting in the formulation of case strategies and trial themes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.
  • Proven expertise in hearing and trial preparation.
  • A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent legal education.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state court rules and procedures.
  • Excellent research and writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
