Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Assist the General Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage cash and inventory.
