We are a leading technology solutions provider based in Pennsylvania. Our passion for design and customer focus has caught the attention of great customers including; Amtrak, Department of Energy, T.Rowe Price, and many others. We provide custom hardware and solutions including command centers, control rooms, and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. They will own and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, utilizing Epicor and other tools to manage and track sales activities. Additionally, they will develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, and engage in cold calling to establish new business relationships.

The ideal candidate will meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs, foster customer success by ensuring high satisfaction, growth, and retention of customer accounts, and manage key customer accounts and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Tech or Construction Industry. They should have proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets, demonstrable experience in managing the sales cycle from plan to close, and solid experience with Epicor, CRM software, and MS Office.

They should also have a proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, position products against competitors, and demonstrate experience in business planning and go-to-market strategies.
