The Role: As the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing both the marketing and membership departments. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies alongside integrated marketing plans to achieve significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Direct the sales efforts in pipeline development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Set ambitious sales targets and establish monitoring systems to track progress.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and elevate the association's brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and the high quality of marketing materials.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to enhance product visibility and engagement.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop the membership, sales, and marketing teams, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in leading successful teams and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, capable of driving and inspiring teams to meet ambitious goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
