Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel property to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees.
  • Respond to house calls, assist guests and employees with safety and security concerns, and provide support with hotel operations.
  • Investigate and document all incidents, including crimes committed against the hotel and its guests.
  • Assist with the care and documentation of sick or injured guests and employees.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of security activities, including camera monitoring, shift activity logs, and codebooks.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure the security and safety of the hotel, including alarm systems, fire department systems, and building access controls.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
