At our organization, delivering outstanding customer service is paramount, as our residents are our highest priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts interviews and evaluates potential residents for occupancy
  • Identifies suitable contractors, outlines scopes of work, and acquires necessary bids
  • Processes and oversees work orders
  • Manages invoices and submits them for payment
  • Handles rent collection, receipting, and prepares deposits utilizing Yardi property management software
  • Prepares required reports and maintains records in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in property management with the capability to inspire staff and communicate effectively
  • At least 2 years of experience with Tax Credit (TCAC) properties
  • Experience in senior property management is preferred
  • Proven track record managing over 200 units
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and analytical skills
  • Empathy towards residents and staff while upholding community regulations
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft software applications and Yardi software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
