We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at TeamLogic IT of Northeast Massachusetts. As a Remote Technical Services Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, network and firewall configuration, Microsoft 365 products, and other commonly used LOB products and SaaS services.

Job Description
  • Job Title: IT Support Specialist - Remote Technical Services Expert
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide timely and effective solutions to resolve any technical issues they may encounter. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure that all technical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  1. 5 years of prior IT experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment
  2. Experience working with Windows server, Active Directory, network and firewall configuration, Microsoft 365 products, and other commonly used LOB products and SaaS services
  3. Prior experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, JumpCloud, JAMF, or Addigy is a plus
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
