**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at TeamLogic IT of Northeastern Massachusetts. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and engineers.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as supply ordering, restocking, filing, shredding, etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in resource scheduling.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated salary range based on location and industry standards).
