Administrative Support Professional

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at TeamLogic IT of Northeastern Massachusetts. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
- Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and engineers.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
- Perform general administrative duties such as supply ordering, restocking, filing, shredding, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in resource scheduling.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated salary range based on location and industry standards).
