Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead the execution of the brand's daily operations
    • Competent in all front-of-house and back-of-house positions
    • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Financial Management
    • Responsible for same-store sales growth
    • Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • Customer Service
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for all customer service matters
    • Responsible for overall customer reviews
  • Quality Control
    • Handles the execution of quality food following proper procedures and The Sicilian Butcher standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Attends weekly meetings with the store management team
    • Review weekly employee schedules
    • Assists the General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, etc.
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one
  • Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Suite
