Job Description

EOTM - Partners Professional is seeking a skilled Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. As a liaison between customers and truck drivers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Tracking and monitoring deliveries
  2. Maintaining open communication with customers
  3. Collaborating with drivers to resolve any issues that may arise

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right individual. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with at least three years of experience. Any previous experience in logistics is highly valued.
