Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our West Coast team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of large subscription customers, and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Maintain existing relationships and generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise-level customers
  • Collaborate with sales operations and leadership to develop customer profiles and sales strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers with complex needs
  • Own the renewal process for customers in the strategic accounts manager's book of business
  • Drive alignment and consistency across the sales team to achieve department and company goals
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Responsible for achieving overall sales goals, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dials, utilization, successful activities, and closes
  • Partner with other departments to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment
  • Experience managing in a remote or virtual environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to influence decisions cross-functionally and within senior leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible schedule and strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure. The annual total target compensation for this position is $200,000.00 USD. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including physical health, retirement, and savings benefits, as well as emotional wellbeing and other benefits.
