We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A college degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Insurance industry experience, particularly in premium receivable handling, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with a flair for figures and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A results-oriented working style, with a strong focus on performance, targets, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
