Job Summary

Michelli Weighing & Measurement is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our product marketers and account managers to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain our website properties, including design, development, and search engine optimization to improve our digital presence.
  • Manage media placement strategies and campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising objectives.
  • Perform market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan that outlines short and long-term objectives.
  • Manage all marketing collateral, including graphic design and copywriting activities.
  • Coordinate marketing support for events, such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Research and present new software options to streamline prospecting, lead management, and sales processes.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and review forecasts to ensure achievement of financial targets and control of operational costs.

Requirements
  • Two years or more of marketing experience preferred.
  • College Bachelor Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
  • Digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, and SMM.
  • Google webmaster tools/analytics experience a plus.
  • Management training a plus.
