Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

MetroLagoons is a rapidly growing company, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement engaging website content and landing pages.
  • Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop effective messaging strategies and create compelling email content.
  • Evaluate and leverage web metrics to maximize website traffic, improve search rankings, and optimize content.
  • Apply best practices in tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting to ensure campaign success.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital growth strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in website management, particularly with WordPress.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing content for digital platforms.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
