Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team at Healthfirst. This role will be responsible for assisting the Director and Manager in executing and improving our retail strategy, which supports the member and prospect experience, profitable growth across all product lines, and greater efficiency in operations across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operations and retail strategic projects for the retail channel, including community offices, mall kiosks, and other retail/sales sites.
  • Support Community Engagement in establishing operational standards and rigor to drive performance through systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide various levels of support, from translating strategies to project plans for execution, to database maintenance and reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through regular retail site visits and daily coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve specific operational and business issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for retail site enhancements, process improvement, and efficiencies to improve member and prospect experience at retail locations.
  • Support implementation of processes and policies.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and tools for Sales/MS staff.
  • Provide operational/project management support for retail initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist with sales production and ad-hoc data collection and reporting.
  • Support Community Engagement operations, including research on competitors' community events and development of CE Resource Center and other tools and resources.
  • Maintain and update various Salesforce data collection, dashboard analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university.
  • Advanced level experience in MS Suite – Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to travel to assigned retail sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Database Analysis and Reporting, and Project Management experience.
Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $71,600 - $117,470, depending on location and experience.
