Role Overview:
As an Athletic Outreach Specialist, you will have the autonomy to create Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention programs in collaboration with Athletes and Coaches.

You will have access to resources that position you as the musculoskeletal expert in your community, ensuring timely and appropriate care for athletes.

We provide structured mentorship, external continuing education opportunities tailored to enhance job performance, and complimentary live and online CEUs.

Through the ATI Academy, you will gain access to clinical learning and leadership training programs, along with state-of-the-art equipment, research, and technology.

The Athletic Outreach Specialists work closely with external affiliate Athletic Directors, Coaches, and Physicians, as well as ATI's internal Sports Medicine and clinic teams, adhering to local and state practice regulations.

This role involves delivering skilled care to affiliate athletes, including preventive measures, injury assessment, triage, and readiness for return-to-sport. You will also collaborate with ATI's clinics to ensure proper management of athlete care when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive onsite care for athletes, including preventive solutions, sport enhancement training, and sideline support for injury assessment.
- Facilitate post-injury rehabilitation and support the Training Room.
- Assist in monitoring rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to individual athletes and their injuries.
- Coordinate in-clinic rehabilitation transitions with ATI's PT/OT services to ensure safe and timely returns to sport.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training; Master's Degree preferred.
