We are in need of an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to work in our very busy chiropractic clinics. We have four locations in Kent, Federal Way, Auburn (Lakeland Hills) and Maple Valley. Our clinics perform spinal manipulations, soft tissue therapy, corrective/functional exercises, cryotherapy and orthotics all in one location. We prioritize patient goals and our focus is to get them back to doing what they love.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and a genuine passion for helping others. Reliable transportation is a must, as working at each of our offices may be needed. We have a tight knit team, and want to bring someone on that enjoys working in a high energy and purposeful environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Working directly with patients and our chiropractors to create and execute custom rehab/exercise programs.
• Communicating with patients via e-mail regarding their rehab program and being a resource for any questions and concerns they may have.
• Keeping the rehab floor clean and organized.
• Documenting details in our computer system (Practice Studio).
• Supporting administrative staff when necessary.
• Occasional marketing - getting out into the community to provide education about our services.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NCSA).
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in exercise science, kinesiology, human physiology or general sciences.
• Previous experience in Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Office.
