Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve desktop-related issues for users both onsite and remotely.
  • Assist in troubleshooting various systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Oversee the setup and management of meeting room technology, including projectors and video conferencing equipment.
  • Utilize the Service Now tool to monitor and manage calls, incidents, and requests efficiently.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Desktop Support, particularly with Windows 10, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no requirement for overtime or on-call duties.

Experience Requirements: Candidates should possess 12 to 24 months of experience in Enterprise Desktop Support.

Certifications: While CompTIA A+ certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
