Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care services. We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Project Specialist will provide support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, vocational, or in-home settings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human services and experience in behavior modification techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, vocational, or in-home settings.
  • Conduct structured assessment interviews with parents/care providers and review social history information.
  • Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior intervention plans.
  • Document progress and activity, complete billing documentation, and report medical, behavioral, and other incidents.
  • Support and train staff in implementing ISPs and behavior intervention plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment.
  • Knowledge of specialized populations, such as individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, or mental health.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance (if providing transportation for individuals receiving services).
