- RENEW CONTRACTS AND ENSURE CUSTOMER RETENTION THROUGH PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED APPROACHES.
- MONITOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION METRICS AND PROACTIVELY ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of successful experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of securing renewal business.
- Account management experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
