Key Responsibilities:- Own full customer lifecycle relationships within AgentSync's culture and values
- Build and cultivate deep, trusted, and transparent relationships with our customers
- Collaborate closely with customers and AgentSync teams to ensure smooth customer implementations and onboarding
- Support customers in using our products to solve their challenges
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding customer success updates and progress
- Create and iterate on foundational best practice processes and tools for Customer Success
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform power user, Salesforce Admin, or moderate configuration skills
- 5+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise SaaS platform Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting experience
- Experience working with key stakeholders in insurance, financial services, compliance, or legal industries
- Natural problem-solver with high EQ & IQ
- Proactive and passionate with a team-first attitude
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $140,000
- Eligibility to participate in AgentSync's equity and bonus programs
- Healthcare insurance, parental leave, and 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Unlimited PTO and 12 paid holidays per year
