Resident Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Brookdale South Charlotte.

About the Role:

The Resident Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring wellness and recreation programs to meet the specific needs of each and every resident. This role ensures residents' lives are maintained to the extent possible by providing programs and events that encourage engagement and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy, promoting culture with Sales partners and prospects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the community leadership team regarding engagement and quality of life for residents.
  • Collaborate with community leadership to ensure seamless execution of programs and events.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of direct experience with adults, with leadership experience and a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
