Qualifications:

  • Implement the Engagement 3.0 philosophy, prioritizing Friendships First, Programs Second, and Purpose Partners.
  • Provide insights on resident engagement and overall quality of life to the leadership team.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with adults, along with leadership capabilities and a degree in a relevant field (therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or similar) is preferred.
