Job Description

Summit Interconnect, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to support both the Santa Ana and Hollister locations. This role will interface between customers, sales teams, and the company, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer-supplied documentation, including purchase orders, quality documents, and fabrication drawings.
  • Prepare pre-quote information for pricing and ensure quotes are sent promptly to customers and sales teams.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order schedules and provide order status updates.
  • Comply with ITAR procedures and maintain confidentiality of job-related information.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Proficient in the company's systems, including ERP, CRM, and shop floor management.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and the ability to work with personal computers and learn new systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Summit Interconnect, Inc. offers a range of health and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA plans, hospital and accident plans, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. Pay range for this position is $22.00 per hour based on experience.
