Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Area Wide Protective (AWP). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales staff in bringing awareness to our products within the industry.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct outgoing phone calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
* Compose and send email correspondence to prospective customers to provide information and answer questions
* Manage incoming email correspondence and inquiries generated from e-commerce sales
* Answer incoming telephone inquiries from prospective and existing customers to provide support and resolve issues
* Inform customers of order status and estimated delivery times
* Manage and track e-commerce leads and sources in our database
* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
* Convey the company's focus on safety to employees and customers
* Create and drive weekly sales plans to meet sales and margin targets
* Organize and manage files to ensure efficient access to information
* Stress the importance of our network of companies delivering quality and on-time service

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of proven success in sales, prospecting, and telemarketing experience
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
* Excellent computer and internet mining skills and experience with lead tracking software
* Strong customer orientation and ability to develop strong partnerships by understanding and anticipating customer business needs
* Must be results-driven, organized, friendly, tenacious, and able to work independently with a positive attitude
* High energy and self-motivated
* Team-focused and supportive of the company direction
