Job Description

At BrandRep, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing support through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Deliver superior service by identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate effectively through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and software applications.
  • Experience working with customer support software preferred.
  • Unstoppable attitude and high need for competition and achievement.
