Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly analyze specifications, drawings, and other documentation.
  • Submit necessary requests for information and clarifications.
  • Assess project intent for potential enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate input on production and logistics.
  • Gather material and subcontractor quotes.
  • Generate precise take-offs and pricing based on project documents.
  • Create comprehensive proposals outlining the scope of work and necessary inclusions and exclusions.
  • Maintain open communication with clients while fostering relationships.
  • Conduct scope reviews and meetings with clients for each project.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to ensure alignment with project estimates.
  • Facilitate project handoff to operations and review submissions for accuracy.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including potential exposure to outdoor elements.
