Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Specialist to join our team at Kessler Refrigeration Service Inc. As a key member of our commercial refrigeration team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our retail refrigeration operations by performing case repair, maintenance, and rack refrigeration repair, as well as general maintenance and routine service requests for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform case repair, maintenance, and rack refrigeration repair for retail stores
  • Conduct general maintenance and routine service requests for retail stores
  • Participate in special refrigeration projects for retail facilities and assist with the implementation of corporate projects
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of refrigeration services
Requirements
  • Completion of HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school or equivalent experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in refrigeration service or as a Refrigeration Technician
  • EPA Universal License
  • Must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Advanced electrical circuit troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of EMS systems, including Danfoss and Emerson
  • Ability to lift, lower, climb ladders, and walk on roofs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
