Join Our Team as a Commercial Refrigeration Specialist

Kessler Refrigeration Service Inc. is a prominent contractor in the field of Commercial Refrigeration, actively searching for a talented Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to enhance our workforce. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional support to retail refrigeration operations, executing case repairs, rack refrigeration maintenance, and overall upkeep for retail establishments. Furthermore, the Specialist may engage in specialized refrigeration projects and corporate endeavors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of HVAC or Refrigeration Trade school, or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in refrigeration service or as a Refrigeration Specialist
  • Possession of an EPA Universal License
  • Must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in advanced electrical circuit troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) such as Danfoss and Emerson
  • Capability to lift, lower, climb ladders, and walk on roofs
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel with overnight stays
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
