At Children's Wisconsin, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Critical Care division. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Providers and Advanced Practice Providers, enabling them to focus on patient care. You'll coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as well as manage supplies and data. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of administrative experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. We offer a hybrid working schedule, with three days remote and two days on-site.   • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
  • Five years of administrative experience. Strong preference for candidates with prior healthcare experience functioning in a similar role.
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
