Job Summary

Exact Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Exact Sciences.
  • Procurement Operations: Manage procurement operations, including RFx, sourcing, and contract administration.
  • Category Management: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and Coupa, as well as knowledge of regulated systems (ISO 13485/15189, CAP/CLIA).
What We Offer

Exact Sciences offers a competitive salary range of $67,000 to $109,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
