Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk/ Customer Support Entry professional to join our team at Rishabh RPO. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer system users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a dynamic IT environment.
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to implement cost-effective technology solutions and maintain service level agreements.
- Work with other technical teams to coordinate multi-tiered technical support for outages and security incidents.
- Adhere to Enterprise-wide security policies and maintain the integrity of District-owned resources.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience providing IT technical support to computer system users.
- 1-5 years of experience maintaining computers, systems, and printers in a professional setting.
- 1-5 years of experience installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems and software.
- Expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11, and Mac OSX 10.10.X).
- Customer service support experience in a face-to-face or phone support role.
- Experience providing technical support in a call center environment.
- Experience tracking service requests/incidents using an ITSM tool.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Microsoft Certifications: MCP Windows 10, CompTIA A+ etc.
