Position Overview

In this position, you will oversee and implement comprehensive digital business analysis. Your expertise will be essential in gathering critical data, establishing key performance indicators, and converting intricate insights into practical strategies. You will work alongside various teams to improve customer engagement across digital platforms, ultimately fostering member growth, retention, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in data management, analytics, reporting, and supporting essential business goals.
  • Encourage innovation and teamwork within the Digital Analytics Team, utilizing tools such as data warehouses, SQL, PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, and Salesforce Einstein.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on measurable enhancements in processes and tools.
  • Support new initiatives through well-defined data practices and timely, accurate analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
  • Understand business and customer needs, identifying opportunities for automation and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and manage processes for data-driven decision-making to support marketing strategies aimed at customer growth and retention.
  • Play a crucial role in creating and implementing innovative measurement tools, overseeing their deployment within the organization.
  • Aggregate and analyze extensive data from various sources to identify trends and customer segments.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to enhance customer growth and retention through targeted initiatives.
  • Manage and report on website satisfaction through comprehensive analysis of customer feedback.
  • Actively contribute to the analytics roadmap, focusing on web analytics and data visualization.
  • Refine KPIs and customer interaction metrics to drive business insights.
  • Expand the data ecosystem to incorporate advanced testing and personalization tools.
  • Facilitate the global rollout of new websites and enhance reporting capabilities for business units.
  • Drive improvements in content and customer journey through data-driven strategies.
  • Develop a strategy for site effectiveness aimed at optimizing customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, or Mathematics.
  • Over 10 years of experience with analytics platforms.
  • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on analytics and digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced skills in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with analytic techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Deep understanding of web behaviors and trends.
  • Proven experience in developing digital analytics practices.
  • Track record of building effective digital analytics teams.
