**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments

• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

• High regard for time management

• Organized and detail-oriented
