Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Marketing and Sales Coordinator:
- Engage with prospective clients to discuss potential coverage options.
- Provide quotes for new business and conduct thorough reviews of account risks and coverage proposals.
- Prepare policy documentation and create presentations for clients.
- Commit to ongoing learning for the development and retention of new clients.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions through our CRM system.
Qualifications for the Insurance Marketing and Sales Coordinator:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Possession of an active Property and Casualty license is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary range is $37,440 - $62,400, commensurate with experience.
