Job Description

As a vital member of the Wallah Richardson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and growth through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
