Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties:
In this role, you will be tasked with operating manufacturing machinery, assembling and inspecting products, while strictly adhering to Bosch's established protocols and standards.

Your role will require active participation and collaboration with team members to generate continuous improvement suggestions and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Operate production machinery and adhere to product and quality specifications, including blueprints and diagrams.
  • Achieve daily production targets while comprehending cycle time requirements.
  • Follow safety and environmental regulations within the plant, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of inventory and components to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records, including charts, logbooks, and databases as necessary.
  • Ensure traceability of finished goods is accurately maintained.
  • Raise concerns regarding materials, technical issues, and quality as needed.
  • Adjust workstations, including tools and fixtures, to facilitate product changeovers when required.

Collaboration

This position involves interaction with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Leadership.


Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interaction with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a noisy and fast-paced environment is required.
  • Demonstrated self-initiative is a must.
