Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Testing
    • Perform thorough inspections of final products to ensure compliance with legal standards and customer requirements.
    • Conduct dimensional product checks and initiate Non-Conforming Material Reports as necessary.
    • Participate in job start-up approval activities and represent the needs of the customer to associates.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Accurately record inspection results on applicable lot sheets and computer databases.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Effectively communicate with all levels of associates to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • A keen eye for detail and excellent math abilities.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
Work Environment
  • Full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability.
  • On-site work location.
