Office Operations Coordinator

As a vital member of our team at Sacrao, you will play a key role in supporting administrative functions that enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and process academic records for returning and current students, ensuring accurate transfer credit evaluations.
  • Maintain and update student information through various administrative processes, including registration modifications and record adjustments.
  • Review and interpret Joint Services Transcripts (JST), creating necessary course equivalencies and integrating them into student records.
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing processes, proposing solutions that may involve policy updates or the development of data integrity criteria.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Undergraduate Admissions, to enhance processing accuracy and improve overall student experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education settings, particularly within registrar functions, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Banner, Microsoft Office Suite, Content 7, and DegreeWorks is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with students and staff.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service is crucial for this role.
