Job Overview

The Office Coordinator for Installation Scheduling plays a vital role in supporting the installation services through various clerical and administrative functions, impacting all areas of our operations. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a busy environment, collaborating with subcontractors, scheduling teams, and office staff to ensure seamless project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, for the builder division.
  • Organizes and manages necessary documentation and records, preparing forms and reports as required.
  • Establishes a systematic approach to maintain organized records and ensures proper file management.
  • Collects and evaluates samples of defective materials, reporting findings to the Claims department.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.
