Key Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, for the builder division.
- Organizes and manages necessary documentation and records, preparing forms and reports as required.
- Establishes a systematic approach to maintain organized records and ensures proper file management.
- Collects and evaluates samples of defective materials, reporting findings to the Claims department.
- Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.
