Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Tustin Toyota. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to sales inquiries, and coordinating showroom floor requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide timely follow-up to prospective customers
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed, including managing paperwork and records
  • Receive and coordinate inbound service calls, scheduling service advisors and appointments
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Continuously learn about product updates, features, and benefits to provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish personal goals aligned with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet those goals
  • Provide service or sales management information through completion reports
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating behaviors consistent with the Company's Values
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience required, with sales experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone, writing, and typing skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Automotive experience a plus
  • Engaging, inquisitive, and curious with an over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude
  • Internet Sales experience a plus
  • Drive, passion, and confidence to be successful
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-starter and self-motivator
  • Bilingual a plus
