We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Tustin Toyota. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to sales inquiries, and coordinating showroom floor requests.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide timely follow-up to prospective customers
- Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- Provide administrative assistance as needed, including managing paperwork and records
- Receive and coordinate inbound service calls, scheduling service advisors and appointments
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
- Continuously learn about product updates, features, and benefits to provide exceptional customer service
- Establish personal goals aligned with dealership standards and devise strategies to meet those goals
- Provide service or sales management information through completion reports
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating behaviors consistent with the Company's Values
- 1+ years of experience required, with sales experience preferred
- Excellent telephone, writing, and typing skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Automotive experience a plus
- Engaging, inquisitive, and curious with an over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude
- Internet Sales experience a plus
- Drive, passion, and confidence to be successful
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Bilingual a plus
