We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst, IT to join our team. This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with business operations to identify opportunities to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions that solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, be able to effectively prioritize workload, and have proven experience in gathering requirements and testing. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $101,310.00, and a commitment to supporting our company's ethics and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business operations to identify opportunities to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions
  • Work across all levels of the organization to provide insight and guidance
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve business needs
  • Analyze and document business and functional requirements
  • Effectively present and communicate recommendations based on solid business rationale
  • Deliver timely work products and results through the course of a project life cycle
  • Compile tasks and estimates and provide reporting of project to stakeholders
  • Perform UAT testing and other validation tasks for systems used at the company
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or combination of industry certifications and equivalent related work experience of 5 years or more
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Commitment to supporting company's ethics and values
