Job Opportunity

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Long Duration Energy Storage Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) to provide technical expertise on long duration energy storage systems and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent engineering and due diligence reviews of long duration energy storage systems and related infrastructure.
  • Provide technical advice on electrical systems and infrastructure, including low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of emerging technologies, including clean hydrogen, carbon capture, advanced nuclear reactors, and grid-scale energy storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies and solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on long duration energy storage systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure, including low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
