Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, whether via phone, email, or online.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their deposit and loan accounts, ensuring quality and accuracy in all communications.
- Promote additional bank services that may benefit our customers.
