Customer Support Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Customer Support team in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service by answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients.
- Quote self-payments amounts, research and verify eligibility, and update all relevant information.
- Data entry and call documentation.
- Administrative organization.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of call center experience in the medical industry preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type 40 WPM preferred.
- Team player.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours.
- Monday to Friday.
- 9:00am-5:30pm.
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour.
