Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Youth Care Worker to join our residential services team at DePelchin Children's Center. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the well-being and development of children and youth, with a focus on promoting a stable and nurturing environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to implement interventions and activities that foster growth, resilience, and independence in our clients. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse populations will make you an asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational foundation in human or social service-related fields, with relevant experience working with children and adolescents. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and certification in First Aid and CPR is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and prior experience working in residential settings.
