Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The Direct Care Professional PRN will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of interventions and activities designed to promote growth and a stable environment. This role requires flexibility and resourcefulness in dealing with new problems and changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children and/or adolescents, as well as knowledge of residential service's safety practices and protocols for children and adolescents.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement. The benefits package includes a Matching Retirement Plan and Non-benefit eligible status.
